Adopting a Growth Mindset Instead of viewing challenges as setbacks, approach them with a growth mindset. This mindset shifts the narrative from "I can't do this" to "What can I learn from this?" By viewing adversities as opportunities to grow, you can transform them into stepping stones rather than obstacles.

Stay Organized While this may seem basic, staying organized can significantly reduce overwhelming feelings.
