Terms and Conditions – La’Met Consultancy – Another View Giveaway Prize Draw

These terms and conditions apply to the giveaway prize draw arranged as part of La’Met Consultancy – Another View’s participation at the IAMEXPAT fair in Westergas, Amsterdam on 13 April 2024.

The promoter is La’Met Consultancy – Another View (Company Registration Number NL: 59046465 with registered office at Nedereindseweg 560, Utrecht.

​

Employees of La’Met Consultancy – Another View and their relatives or anyone else associated with La’Met Consultancy – Another View are not eligible to enter the draw.

​

There is no entry fee and there is no purchase necessary to enter this giveaway draw.

​

By entering this giveaway draw, entrants confirm their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

​

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Closing date for entry will be 17:00 on 13 April 2024. No further entries to the giveaway draw will be permitted after this time and date.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with, IAMEXPAT fair, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn or any other Social Network. The entrant is providing their information to La’Met Consultancy – Another View and not to any other party.

To enter, simply complete the form available from the La’Met Consultancy – Another View stand at the IAMEXPAT fair, Westergas, Amsterdam on 13 April 2024 (located at stand E15).

Entry to the giveaway draw is only via a specific form available from the La’Met Consultancy – Another View stand at the IAMEXPAT fair, Westergas, Amsterdam on 13 April 2024 (located at stand E15). No other form of entry will be accepted by the promoter.

​

The competition is open to all attendees of the IAMEXPAT fair, Westergas, Amsterdam on 13 April 2024 aged 15 years or over.

​

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason. The promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The promoter takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.

​

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

​

The prize is as follows:

​

Two (2) online Academic Resilience caching sessions (value €200,00) with a qualified AV-ARCA coach.

The prize is only as stated. No cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the promoter’s liability under or in connection with the competition or these terms and conditions shall be limited to the cost price of the Prize in question.

Winner will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by the promoter and or its agents.

​

The promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

​

The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to the promoter if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the prize.​

​

The winner’s name and social media username may be posted on the social media profiles of The Promotor after the winner has been selected.

​

The winner will be notified by email by 17 April 2024. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

​

The date(s) and time(s) for delivery of the prize will be mutually arranged between the winner and the promoter.

​

The giveaway draw and these terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.

​

The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current EU data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

The winner’s name will be available 14 days after the closing date by emailing the following address: info@lamet.biz

The entrant must be following @AnotherView on LinkedIn in order to enter.

​

The promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
